DesignWe understand within this industry most tenders are not fully designed when pricing is required. We work with our clients, and consultants using our extensive experience to develop designs which meet specification and regulatory requirements. AutoCad, Solidworks and Pro-E are all used to design our products by a team of experienced engineers.
| Exhaust SystemsExhaust systems are designed to ensure that maximum engine backpressure requirements are not exceeded. During running cycle of generators the exhaust system expands and contracts extensively due to high heat of engine exhausts. Designs of exhaust systems must ensure that expansion has been accommodated using various means within plantrooms, enclosures etc. Break-out noise and vibration from exhaust piping must also be considered during design.

MNJ design and build our own fuel tanks, and procure from trusted suppliers, depending on project requirements. Tanks range from small plantroom daytanks 500lt -1000lt up to 110Kl bulk storage tanks. | Underground tanks are procured from specialist suppliers and installed by trained MNJ technicians. Baseframe fuel tanks are a great way to eliminate transfer systems and save floor space. |

Fuel Reticulation SystemsA diesel fuel transfer system for generator sets is designed to ensure a reliable supply of fuel to the generator for continuous operation.
Fuel transfer systems can be very simple, or extremely complex, we are experienced with all aspects and supply and install equipment and piping systems to suit. | Plantroom Acoustic TreatmentAcoustic treatment for a generator room is crucial to reduce noise pollution and ensure compliance with local sound regulations. Generator rooms can be incredibly loud due to engine noise, vibrations, and exhaust systems, so acoustic design is needed to mitigate these effects. When designing our generator plantrooms, we consider the following factors:

Acoustic enclosures MNJ design and manufacture fall into 3 categories :
Close fit enclosures (CFE) |
| ||
Container Enclosures (CE) |
| ||
Oversized Enclosures (OE) |
